Metrolog EVO has been specifically designed to simplify and significantly reduce your inspection time. Based on an interactive graphical interface and an advanced probing assistant, the operator is guided to perform measurements in the best conditions with an immediate representation of the results providing live feedback about the part’s shape and form.
Prismatic Measurements
Throughout the control process (probing, constructions, definitions, …) you can access your ongoing measurement results to monitor your inspection. While probing / scanning all the feature characteristics and results (dimensions, form fault, …) are computed for you and displayed in real-time.
Surface measurements
Powerful inspection capabilities
CAD based measurements and analysis made simple. Live color mapping from Point Cloud projection to the CAD mathematical data or simple hard probing measurements allows you to obtain real-time surface analysis.

Metrolog EVO 64-bit architecture benefits from today’s computers performances with all the available memory. The software is optimized to easily handle large volume data sets to facilitate not only Point Cloud acquisition but also fast processing.
The X4 software architecture provides capacity to:
